Community websites are often static brochures, you read and leave. For a peer-driven development community like Shinzen, this wasn't enough. They needed a way to deliver immediate value to young professionals the moment they landed on the page, bridging the gap between digital discovery and physical workshop attendance.

I redesigned the web experience to be interactive from the start. Instead of just reading about workshops and speakers, users engage with an AI-powered "Check-In" questionnaire. They answer five reflective questions, and an LLM analyzes their input to generate personalized developmental insights sent directly to their email. This transforms the site from a static information source into a high-value tool that increases retention and community engagement.
